Hey there! This little corner of the internet is where I share my love for creating crochet items, patterns, and some behind the scenes stories on my creations. I can't wait to share the special joy that comes with turning a simple ball of yarn into something special with you.
My crochet journey
My love for yarn started long before I picked up a crochet hook. As a girl, I spent many hours in the knitted treasures my grandmother made, and very patiently taught me to craft on my own. I remember the click of our needles, the rhythm of her hands, and the comfort of creating simple but meaningful things together. Those early lessons planted the seed for my love of handcrafted goods and life-long obsession with yarn.
In varsity I discovered crochet - and found my own creative voice. Each stitch became a way to unwind after long chemistry tutorials and complex labs. I started with comfort items I was familiar with from my knitting days like scarves and mittens for myself and my partner, but eventually discovered the joy of making tiny creatures for others. What began as small handmade gifts for close friends soon transformed into plushies of all sizes, home decor, and eco-friendly beauty items that I couldn't wait to share more widely.
That's how my crochet shop began!
What makes my shop special?
Every piece I make is patiently handcrafted with someone special in mind. Whether it's a cozy set of coasters for my coffee loving father, a snuggly plushie for my favourite niece, or a set of re-usable face scrubbies for the busy women in my life. My goal is always the same: to create something that makes every day life a little brighter.
As a chemist, sustainability is also at the forefront of my mind, so I keep packaging simple and eco-conscious. I believe even the smallest choices can add up to meaningful impact.
