2.1 Handcrafted Nature:
All our products are handcrafted with care. Slight variations in color, size, and appearance are natural and make each piece unique.

2.2 Custom Orders:
Custom and made-to-order items are created to your specifications and may take additional time to complete. Once production begins, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

2.3 Patterns:
Digital patterns are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or used commercially without written permission from Vixstix Crochet.

2.4 Product Availability:
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or make substitutions of equivalent value at any time without notice.

3.1 Pricing:
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may adjust pricing at any time.

3.2 Payment:
Payment must be made in full before products are shipped. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.

3.3 Payment Security:
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers. We do not store or access your payment details.

4.1 Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Handcrafted and custom items may require additional time.

4.2 Courier Services:
All orders are shipped using reputable third-party couriers. Tracking details will be provided where available.

4.3 Risk & Liability:
Once an order leaves our premises and is handed to the courier, risk passes to you, the customer. In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) Section 46(1), risk in goods transfers to the buyer upon dispatch where the buyer has chosen or accepted the delivery method. Vixstix Crochet is not responsible for any courier delays, damage, loss, or theft in transit. All claims for courier issues must be lodged directly with the courier using your tracking number.

4.4 Insurance:
Courier insurance can be requested prior to checkout at your expense.

4.5 Delivery Timeframes:
Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

5.1 No Returns Policy:
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) changes of mind, color or size preferences, courier delays, or unwanted gifts.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items:
All crochet plushies, wearables, baby items, accessories, and other handcrafted or hygiene-sensitive products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. Digital items (such as crochet patterns) are also non-refundable once purchased.

5.3 Defective Items:
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@vixstix.co.za with photos and order details. Each case will be reviewed individually. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and returned at your cost.

5.4 Acknowledgement:
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final, and Vixstix Crochet holds no responsibility for courier loss, theft, or delay once the parcel leaves our possession.

6.1 Copyright:
All content on this website, including images, patterns, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Vixstix Crochet and is protected under South African copyright law.

6.2 Pattern Usage:
Purchased patterns are licensed for personal use only. They may not be sold, copied, redistributed, or used for commercial production.

6.3 Photography:
Product photos and brand materials may not be used without written permission from Vixstix Crochet.

7.1 Product Use:
While every effort is made to ensure product quality and safety, Vixstix Crochet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products.

7.2 Safety Disclaimer:
Our products are not toys unless explicitly labeled as such. Small parts may present choking hazards and should be kept out of reach of children.

7.3 Maximum Liability:
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8.1 Data Collection:
We collect personal information (such as name, address, and contact details) solely to process your order and communicate with you.

8.2 Data Use:
We will never sell or distribute your personal data to third parties except as required to fulfill orders (e.g., couriers or payment gateways).
